ABOUT MADDY’S BAKESHOP
Maddy’s Bakeshop is a microbakery specializing in laminated pastries and whimsical, floral cakes with local and seasonal ingredients based in Seattle, Washington. Maddy O’Donnell started taking baking seriously in 2019, when she began baking to relax while working at a music PR firm in NYC. After ending a short stint in pastry school during the COVID pandemic, she decided to teach herself how to make all of the baked goods that interested her.
When she’s not baking, Maddy is probably drinking a glass of wine, watching Bravo & knitting with her two cats, Noodle and Gus, and partner, Andrew.
You can find Maddy’s Bakeshop pastries at MoRA in Seattle and visit her pop ups or classes to say hi :-)

About Salto Workshop
Salto is all about sharing what we love: art, design and the pure joy of making things with our hands. In fact, love, joy, and curiosity are infused into every single thing we make. As advocates for intentional living, we believe your home and lifestyle should be beautiful and interesting... with a side of fun. Fill your life with stuff you love!
Salto began in 2019 by Seattle native and lifelong maker/artist/designer Sidney Ann Field. "Salto" means "flip" - it's a little nod to her formative years as a gymnast, when being upside down felt so right. (She even competed for the University of Washington women's gymnastics team way back when.) She has a degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Seattle and an imaginary PhD in Crafts from the University of Life.
A graphic designer by trade, Sidney's background is in product development for home, tabletop, gift, party ware and personal accessories. She gets very excited just thinking about making things and seeing them come to life.
Sidney creates pottery and teaches workshops out of her home studio in Des Moines, Washington. She lives with her cat and 4-year-old daughter.

About Alluvium Cellars
Alluvium Cellars is a boutique winery located in Woodinville, Washington crafting premium wines with old-world inspiration and a modern flair. The winery name was inspired by the soil at a family property on the Klickitat River in the Columbia Gorge AVA where ground is being cleared to plant a future vineyard. Alluvium wines are made from premium fruit sourced from a number of the top vineyards in Washington state and are produced in small lots, allowing the winemaking team to focus on every detail of the process.
It’s trite to say that great wine is made in the vineyard and minimal intervention is all the rage, but Alluvium winemaker Tyson Trautmann doesn’t shy away from innovative winemaking techniques and seeks opportunities to leverage technology to enhance the winemaking process. The Alluvium tasting room, which opened in 2022, was designed by Brittany Trautmann and features a modern rustic aesthetic, providing guests with the opportunity to sip delicious wine right where it was made.
