William Woodruff of Chloe Wines will be popping corks and sharing the ins and outs of the world’s most iconic glass of bubbles. We’ll learn about the Champagne region of France and explore how Champagne is made, while tasting different Champagnes to help you discover what you love (and how to select and enjoy more of it going forward!).

About William Woodruff and Chloe Wines
As a student of International Economics at the University of Siena, in Tuscany, William was introduced to many undiscovered wineries and their families with remarkable histories.
Grit, along with inspiration from all seven of his sisters, encouraged him to take the leap in May 1997 to start Chloe Wines. Through recommendations and incredible hospitality of local wineries, William expanded from Tuscany to include families in Burgundy, Champagne, Piedmont and the Rhone Valley. Chloe Wines now has relationships with nearly 20 families, producing some of the most incredible wine of their regions.
